Having already gained a degree in Acupuncture and qualifications in Reflexology and Massage, I spent time working on both my mental and emotional health.
I also attended a life coaching and mindfulness course and the skills I gained really helped me to identify my goals and gather the strength of mind to become fit and well again.
I have gained qualifications in Personal Training and Yoga Teaching. Yoga had always played a part in my life but to be able to deepen my own practice and teach others was extremely rewarding.

Having personal positive mental awareness and a physically healthy body all helps to achieve a happy fulfilled life, many different sports require the benefit of having a good frame of mind as well as being physically fit for their discipline.
