Online Classes
& Courses.

Here are the details and times of the online classes with a short explanation of how to book and what’s involved in each.  I also offer work shops, and retreats, details below. 


Rebecca Wellness Membership.
To take part in the online classes you need to have a Rebecca wellness membership. A monthly membership gives you access to all the classes for £20:00. All monthly memberships run from the 1st of the month. To maintain your membership, you need to renew in the two week’s grace period of the following month and then if not renewed your membership will have been deemed to have lapsed, and you will lose access to the classes and members area.
Membership also gets you access to the “Members Area” where you can catch up with an earlier recorded video class and do it in your own time. There is also a library of interesting related articles.
To access any of the Zoom online classes you need to use the “Contact Me” form, giving details of the classes you are interested in. Once your monthly membership is active I will email you the members area log on link where the Zoom online class links are.

If you are not sure if the class is for you why not take advantage of a free first lesson, just contact me as detailed above.
I also offer one to one personal training if you would prefer, again use the “Contact Me” form to get in touch to discuss what you are looking for.

Class descriptions.
Rise & Recharge - Morning Yoga.
Start your day and week with an energising, restoring, recharging, and uplifting yoga practice. Morning yoga is beneficial after a night's sleep as our muscles and joints can get quite stiff and take a while to warm and mobilise. Morning practice helps our minds and body to wake up, stimulating our circulation, digestive and immune systems. Allowing our minds and brain to fully wake up enabling better concentration and positivity.  Join in and start your week with a stronger, flexible, positive, happy mind and body.
Roll out of bed in your pyjamas or get into comfortable clothes, it is best to do yoga on an empty stomach so avoid breakfast until after your practice.
Beginners Yoga.
Whether young or old, fit, or new to exercise, overweight or slim, yoga can benefit all. Yoga combines breathing mediations and gentle yoga poses to ease you into the practice in a safe manageable way.
There are many ways to ease your way safely, slowly into the different yoga poses, while you gain confidence and increase your flexibility, strength, and balance.  With so many studies now hailing the many benefits of including yoga practice into your wellness life contact me to book your place.
The classes do not require to need any special clothes or equipment, just comfortable clothes that allow your body to move freely.
Chair Yoga. 
This exercise can be practiced by anyone who wants to enjoy the benefits of yoga and fitness but may need a little extra support from the chair. People with mobility issues, weight problems, recovering from an injury or operation or generally feeling a little unsteady on the feet can benefit from these classes.   
Office workers or those who are working from home and find themselves sitting for long periods of time can benefit from these chair-based movements. 
The health and wellbeing benefits of yoga and fitness include improved muscle tone, increased flexibility, stress reduction, and an improved sense of well-being.
Any Chair is suitable for these classes and wear comfortable clothing.  
The chair is used to exercise while sitting and also used to hold onto when doing some gentle standing Yoga and fitness.

Relax Restore Yin Yoga.
Slow down and relax into your body, reduce stress levels, cultivate balance, lengthen the muscles, works on the connective tissues, encourages you to slow down be gentle as patient with your body, stay present, observe and practice noticing sensations within your body. Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in. have a blanket and cushions or yoga blocks to hand.
Yoga for All.
From total beginners to the more experienced, this class will take you through the different yoga poses. There are many studies that highlight the benefits of yoga these include, increased flexibility, gain muscle strength and tone, weight reduction, and it calms the mind and reduces stress.   30 or 60 minute classes available that include, breath work, mediation and yoga postures.
If you are a little unsteady on your feet or totally new to exercise then why not give chair yoga a try.
Chair Fitness.
Chair fitness is great for those who have not exercised for some time or who are new to fitness, or for those with mobility or balance problems.  A solid stable chair is required and wear loose comfortable clothing.  The exercises will gradually help to improve upper body strength, increase flexibility and improve mental wellbeing.

Release Relax Meditation.
During the meditation class you will be guided through a relaxing meditation to help you unwind, relax and allowing your mind to be In the present moment, away from any troubling thoughts of the past and future. During this session you can be seated or lying down in comfortable, warm clothing. Having a pillow and blanket nearby.

Fitness Friday.
Fitness sessions are just 20 mins that can give the body a blast workout, classes include a range of movements and exercises to target different areas of the body, cardiovascular exercises to improve general fitness levels and weight bearing movements. During the sessions the use of light weights and or exercise bands or your own body weight will be used to improve, tone and strengthen the muscles. Wear comfortable light clothing, have light weights, or exercise bands to hand if you wish to use these although options for no weights will be shown.  Have some water to hand to keep hydrated.
Boxing Yoga.
An energising session that incorporates the similar exercises used in boxing training combined with the asanas (yoga poses) practiced in yoga. This class is a dynamic workout session, that strengthens, conditions and energises the body helps with concentration, balance and control.  A complete Yin Yang workout for the body and mind.  Wear comfortable clothes, make some space around you to allow for movement.  Have some water to hand to keep hydrated.
Feedback.
If you have any feedback on the classes or you would like me to spend more time on any section please get in touch. It is after all difficult to get the moves and postures right just by watching them on the screen.

Other one to one consultation and course options.
Apart from my online group  Yoga & fitness classes I also offer one to one, online or in person, Personal Fitness or Yoga  sessions, contact me for details. For bespoke one to one sessions I use WhatsApp or Facebook messenger as they are private.
In addition to this, I can offer one to one Wellness Coaching sessions, these can cover a variety of different areas, involving physical, mental and emotional support using skills that I have learnt over my 20 years’ experience.
Areas covered can include Food tips, Mindfulness work, talking and well being therapy to deal with stress or anxiety, and dealing with pain.  With my experience in mindfulness, counselling skills and life coaching we can work together to get the best bespoke solutions for a happier, healthier life.
Bespoke, self-healing treatment plans that can include acupuncture and reflex points. Meditation and relaxation techniques. For any of the above options please contact me using the form and I will get back to your with times available and the cost involved.
I hope to add further online classes in the future, and hopefully we will be able to run a few seminars, where we will have more time to discover the full range and benefits that each class has to offer.

How to install Zoom.
If you are new to online video classes you might need a little help with getting online using Zoom which is the platform that I use. As a participant it is completely free to use, all you need to do is install it onto a computer, laptop, tablet or mobile phone. The device with the biggest screen and a camera is the best option.
